At WEB we provide technical support and assistance to our customers. Sometimes your issue will be covered by your SLA agreement and sometimes not.

In many instances, email problems for example, our statistics indicate that 95% of all reported 'email problems' are not server related but due to client side configuration errors or ISP connection timeout. While we are happy to help you troubleshoot, we invite you to first go through the check lists and suggestions to ensure the problem is not on your side.
